uPVC Fascia Boards:
Capping Fascia board:
Capping allows you to remove just the guttering and leaving the old timber fascia in situ allowing it over cladded. Cutting out and removing any rotten areas. Following the instillation of 9mm uPVC capping fascia boards including box sections and barge boards. This is always a cheaper and sometimes cost effective way of renewing the look of your property.
Replacement Fascia Boards:
This involves removing the existing guttering and the old timber fascia completely. Exposing the ends of the roof joists. This is usually because the existing fascia is too rotten to be over cladded. Replacing with 18mm uPVC fascia boards, including box sections and barge boards (gable ends). This is also known as "jumbo board".
uPVC Soffit Board:
In most cases we are able to over clad these areas, as they get very little weathering being on the underside of the fascia, although if there are any rotten areas, they are always removed. There are two types of soffit, uPVC flat board (plain board similar to fascia board) or uPVC tongue and groove soffit board which always enhances the appearance of your property. Soffit vents can also be fitted when and where they are needed allowing ventilation to ensure it meets modern building standards.
uPVC Guttering:
Manufactured in strong uPVC which is maintenance free, doesn't discolour or go brittle, the instillation of gutter guards and hedgehogs (a long round brush that lays in the gutter stopping debris to enter the gutter, but allowing water through) is also available on request.
Cladding:
This will provide a maintenance free replacement for wood boarding and give a new look to the existing brickwork, or covering of block work. The tongue and groove or shiplap design means that it can be cut to any depth and adapted to many different shapes. This installation normally requires the removal of the old cladding.
